The Magnuson Summer Concert Series kicks off tonight at 7 pm with bluegrass music and an ice cream social. Ice cream will only cost $1 and all the concerts are free. (Though donations are gladly accepted to help cover costs.) The concerts are held at the outdoor amphitheater at Magnuson Park, near the community garden and children’s playground in the north part of the park.

(Believe me, if you haven’t been there before you will want a map and the one online is blurry. So save headaches and download!)
